This magnificent and historic holiday beach house offers the perfect location for our first Active Yoga Retreat in 2016. Enjoy delicious home cooked vegetarian food, evenings on the beach facing terrace and much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
You will arrive on Friday afternoon and enjoy a mocktail on the terace before dinner followed by restorative yoga & meditation to set you up for a restful nights sleep. Saturday & Sunday will start with a specially designed yoga class, suitable whether you’ve never done yoga before to the seasoned practitioner, to prepare your body for the walks ahead before a wholesome vegetarian breakfast followed by a few hours enjoying the local area via coastal walks. Evenings will be spent winding down after a delicious meal and some restorative yoga to help your body recover and restore after your day of hiking. We will depart on Monday morning after a light breakfast.
